| IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS ON YOUR ACCOUNT OR EP ITEMS , SEND IT TO jenggeum-problems account.
I am having problems attending to your concerns because i am being flooded by PMs. For some of you who doesn't know yet, a forum account can only have limited pms in his/her inbox. If he/she gets more PM, the old messages will be overwritten by the new PM.s
Sa mga hndi pa nakakaalam, 100% messages lang po ang pwedeng matanggap ng isang account. Pag sumobra na sa limit ang messages ay mapapatungan o mawawala ang mga lumang messages at matitira lamang ang mga bagong PM o messages. Kaya pasensya na po sa mga hndi ko nasasagot na concerns kasi kalimitan hndi ko na nakikita yung mga messages nyo.
Kaya gumawa ako ng bagong account para lang sa mga concerns o problema nyo sa account.
The messages that i should receive on this account are real problems (not questions)
if i receive questions or flooding on this account i will request the GM to ban your account instantly. Pasensya na po if i am being strict. Just want to make sure that i can help those with real problems.
For questions , you can still send it to jenggeum2.
Hurry and send your account problems to jenggeum-problems. You have until saturday (june 21,2008) to send them. I will consolidate these problems and communicate it with GM one time. (mahirap po kasi pag isa-isa yung problem na inaayos, mas matagal at mahirap pag paulit-ulit ginagawa kaya iipunin ko muna para minsanan na lang ang pag ayos.
I'm sure you understand what i meant.
Note: don't sent me PM if you will report lost items on you inventory. I will only entertain if the items that was lost was EP items.
Wag kayo mag PM sa account na ito kung ang problema nyo ay tungkol sa mga items nyo na nawala. Aasikasuhin ko lang yun pag ang items na nawala sa inyo ay galing sa EP.
Tagalog na po ang mensahe ko. Pag may makulit na hndi makaintindi ay ipapaban ko po sa admin. Kung gusto nyo maayos ang problema na to ay makipagtulungan din kayo sa akin. Don't flood PM.

| All Problems listed already fixed. Except to msmesh. Still need the details from you so i can coordinate the fix.
Problems with log in name were already changed. PM me so that i can give you your new username.
Problems with stats bought and EP where already refunded to your account. Please check.
